The General Partner has full power and authority to identify, evaluate and negotiate investment opportunities, to prepare and approve investment agreements and to (or to agree to) subscribe, purchase or otherwise acquire, alone or with others, investments falling within the investment policy of BECAP Fund LP. <br /> The General Partner is operated and managed by BECAP GP Limited, in accordance with the terms of the limited partnership agreement constituting the General Partner, BECAP GP Limited is wholly owned by Jon Moulton, who is also one of its directors.
