Venionaire Capital is a corporate finance and venture capital advisory and offers a wide range of services in a variety of tech-related sectors and industries. Since the foundation in 2012 the company advised successfully more than 50 Startups and closed transactions with an overall volume of about 350 Million Euros. Throughout the past years Venionaire Capital made early-stage lead- and co-investments and managed to build a portfolio of holdings.
Since 2015 the Venionaire Investment GmbH (a majority owned subsidiary of Venionaire Capital) is the first registered European Alternative Investment Fund Manager (AIFM) by the Austrian Financial Markets Authority, with a licence for transnational management of EuVECA funds. Venionaire aims to raise a 100 Millionen Euro Venture Capital Fund, which will support substantial growth for European and especially Austrian and German headquartered startups.
