Universal Financial Solutions Limited (UFS) is an Asset Management Company whose license was issued in 2010 by the Bangladesh Securities and Exchange Commission (BSEC). There was a takeover by the current sponsors in May 2013 with a change in management. This has injected a blend of vision and dynamism into its operations. The management of UFS consists of a team led by senior professionals with decades of experience in national and international financial markets. Within a very limited time period since its takeover, UFS has already attained some notable mandates for working as an advisory partner of raising funds for country's renowned institutions including different banks and insurances.





UFS has acquired the permission to manage seven open-end mutual funds worth of BDT 460 Crore. Four of them are now in operation and rests are in process for initiation.
