M3 Investimentos was created in 2010 with the initial objective of creating a Private Equity Fund to invest in medium-sized companies with high growth and appreciation potential.
To make the first fund viable, M3 sought a partnership with Trivèlla Investimentos, a CVM-authorized Fund Manager located in the interior of SP. This union resulted in the first fund capitalized at $ 10 million by Marcel Malczewski and other investors. Since its inception in 2011, M3 has made direct (direct purchase of shares or shares) and indirect (through FIP or FIM) investments in 13 companies in the service, consumer goods and technology companies.
