Tern invests in companies, with proven Internet of Things (IoT) technology, based in the UK but with global ambition.
We look for well-motivated teams who are building innovative high growth businesses harnessing software to create or disrupt markets.
We invest in, or acquire, established businesses with revenue streams and existing Intellectual Property either to:
- Add value by improving capital efficiencies and building sales and marketing strategies to increase market penetration in the UK and overseas. Or,
-Take equity positions in capitalised market leaders with near term value potential
