Star Capital is active in the management of closed-end funds since November 2002 and from May 2010 its share capital is wholly owned by the management, that acquired the property by the previous shareholders, Efibanca and Palladio Finanziaria
Star Capital is therefore an independent company that does not refer to any banking, financial or industrial group.The fund management activity is performed by an independent management team with proven experience in this sector. Marco Gazzaniga, Carlo Arteria, Carlo Cangialosi, Marco Baratti and Alessandro Colombo operate in the private equity business from more than 10 years, mainly matured within the management team of Star Capital.
