St Helen's Private Equity Ltd (SHPE) is an investment company which specialises in investing in pre-IPO opportunities, Special Situations and 'smallcap' companies.





We aim to revolve our investments quickly and are therefore not a long term investor; we work on the premise that the greatest de-risked opportunity for value uplift is the period of time just before a company IPO’s or at the beginning of a new growth phase.





Our portfolio approach to private equity and 'smallcap' companies provides a spread of risk, and access to opportunities not normally seen by or available to private investors. The principal objective of the fund is to maximise the growth in its Net Asset Value (“NAV”) per share.
