Silverfleet Capital is a leading, independent, European private equity firm specialising in mid-market buyouts. They have been backing exceptional management teams in businesses that excite them since 1984. They utilise this expertise as well as an investment team based across offices in London, Paris, Munich and Chicago, to help their portfolio companies make bolt-on acquisitions and to achieve strong organic growth: in other words, they “buy to build”.
They have been investing in private equity deals for more than 25 years, having previously been the private equity arm of Prudential plc and operating under the name PPM Capital. Silverfleet Capital is synonymous with mid-market private equity investment, having completed more than 100 buyouts across Europe in companies, many of which have become household names.
They have a team of investment professionals operating out of offices in London, Munich, Paris and Chicago, and they look to invest in established businesses with an enterprise value of between €75 million and €500 million, and headquartered in the UK, France, German-speaking Europe, Benelux and the Nordic region; or US businesses that have a substantial European presence. They have a strong interest in international companies operating in a number of different countries.
