Semnan Province Research and Technology Non-Governmental Fund (Private Joint Stock) with the support of Semnan Province Government and Science and Technology Park Documented under Article 3 of the Third Development Plan Act (Repeatedly in Article 4 of the Fourth Development Plan Act) and under the relevant Working Group License, under No. 3 and registered with National ID number 2/4/14 at Semnan Province Property and Property Registration Office. The Fund is a non-profit organization established to create nongovernmental partnerships and investments, and to provide quantitative and qualitative support for applied-development and technology research activities as well as providing financial services to specialist entrepreneurs and innovators.
