Second City Capital Partners (“SCCP”) is a multi-fund private equity firm that invests in Real Estate and Conventional Private Equity. Through our sponsored closed-end investment funds, SCCP makes investments on behalf of our principals, institutions and high net worth co-investment partners.



SCCP’s approach to investing focuses on situations where our knowledge, relationships, market insight and access to capital provides a distinct advantage. In all circumstances, we engage in intensive due diligence, conservative transaction structuring and careful planning to minimize downside risks. Finally, we generally invest alongside highly skilled operating partners that invest meaningful capital in partnership and deliver a complementary skill set to maximize the value of each asset.
