SeaChange formerly known as Seattle Angel Fund, is a member-driven, single-entity Fund looking to investment in young companies with strong revenue scale potential, in a large and growing market sector, led by a passionate and determined entrepreneurial team.




SeaChange has sequential annual funds, and endeavors to invest all capital in a single year (from each Fund), creating a diversified portfolio for investors with each Fund. This structure is also advantageous for entrepreneurs as SeaChange invests through a single entity, based on a 2/3rds vote of the Fund members.




SeaChange has a thorough and disciplined due diligence process. Respect for and engagement with companies is an important part of our process. We prefer companies with some initial revenue from early-adopter customers, but will also look at companies at an earlier stage of development.
