2006
ROSSIUM Concern was created by Roman Avdeev as a holding company consolidating his assets. The first and key asset of the Concern was CREDIT BANK OF MOSCOW’s shares.
2010
Domus Finance real estate agency was created; it was later refocused on the development business and evolved into INGRAD Group.
2016
The Concern started to develop its pension management franchise, by acquiring 75% of shares in PPF Soglasie, now merged into PPF Evolution.
2017
Credit Bank of Moscow was added to the Bank of Russia's list of systemically important credit institutions.
Nikolay Katorzhnov became an investor of the Concern.
2019
Sergey Sudarikov, the main beneficial owner of REGION Group, and Roman Avdeev, the main beneficial owner of ROSSIUM Concern, signed a strategic partnership memorandum to consolidate their assets and leverage on related synergies. Rossium Concern has become the centre of consolidation.
In order to develop their real estate franchise, they created a subsidiary, METRIKA INVESTMENTS, an investment fund operating in the commercial real estate segment, and owning and managing grade A+/A and B+ offices.
2020
Sergey Sudarikov has become an investor of the Concern. To achieve maximum synergies in the development and financial businesses, the Concern has acquired National Mortgage Factory (ipoteka24.ru brand) and NPF UMMC-Perspective.
2021
ROSSIUM Concern acquired Investment management company REGION Asset Management and Insurance company Ugoria Insurance Group.

Limited liability company ROSSIUM Concern was created in 2006 and today is a versatile, diversified investment holding company, the key investments of which relate to the financial sector and real estate.

The Concern’s core assets are Credit Bank of Moscow, PPF Evolution, INGRAD Group and UGORIA Insurance Group.

The ROSSIUM Concern has a B+ long-term credit rating (raised twice in 2021) with stable outlook of the S&P Global Ratings agency in national and foreign currency.

Based on its current strategy, ROSSIUM Concern is pursuing acquisition of new assets which are likely to provide a high shareholder value growth at a 3-to-5-year horizon and which represent key sectors of Russia’s economy.
