A long-term partner with the resources to support companies across their entire lifecycle. Riverside Acceleration Capital provides flexible expansion capital to B2B software and technology companies. We first work with companies at the “early-growth” stage (typically with $3-15M ARR), who have demonstrated growth and momentum under a capital efficient cost structure, and who are looking to accelerate revenue through business expansion. We invest between $1M-$5M , through a unique structure that is designed to maximize alignment with company performance and strategic needs, while minimizing dilution. With this model, our primary method of
repayment/return is generated via a capped revenue share (averaging 5% of revenue until approximately 1.6-1.8x our original investment is
returned).
