Profita Group is a privately held private equity management company, managing ca. 200 Meur of funds. Investors in the funds are major Finnish institutional investors, like pension funds and life insurance companies.
Profita focus in M&A, MBO and MBI transactions in various industries. Geographical focus is Finland and neighbouring countries. Profita has four (4) offices: Helsinki, Turku, Vaasa and Oulu.

Profita has esperience in private equity starging 1987. Profita Group was formed in 2005 when Aboa Venture Management Oy, Teknoventure Management Oy and Wedeco Management Oy bought majority of the shares in Nordea Capital Oy.

Profita is a member of Finnish Venture Capital Association.
