Platina is an independent European investment firm focusing on two distinct areas : private equity and renewable energy infrastructure.
The Platina Equity Solutions team manages the private equity investment programme of families and foundations without some of the constraints of a closed end fund. Besides our ability to invest in traditional buy out, growth and development capital transactions, we also provide equity solutions to situations which have strategic or financial features or constraints which might deter traditional private equity investors.
We have been investing in renewable energy infrastructure since 2002. Our distinctive and disciplined investment approach is founded on our understanding of the European energy sector. Our principal focus is on wind, solar and biomass. We can invest across Europe and have extensive business experience in multiple geographies. We can invest at any stage from development through to operation.
