Our Investment Strategy
PRIM's investment strategy is to make equity, quasi-equity and equity-related investments in both greenfield and brownfield infrastructure transactions, as well as companies operating in the infrastructure sector in Africa.
PRIM's mandate covers the whole of Africa, with a strong focus on sub-Saharan Africa. The key areas for investment are in energy transition, digital infrastructure and transportation & logistics. There is also an increased focus on emerging infrastructure sectors such as waste-to-value, grid balancing and infra-technology.
