Nord Kapitalforvaltning AS was established in 2011 to provide investment advisory services for private equity funds. The company is the first and only private equity company focusing on buyout and capital growth strategy in Northern Norway. The company is headquartered in Tromsø and has five employees. Argentum, being a cornerstone investor in Nord II, is an important supporter for the company. Argentum represents extensive LP-experience and knowledge of best practices in private equity.
