Mubadala Infrastructure Partners Limited (MIP) is an independently managed infrastructure fund manager with a focus on control-oriented and substantial minority stake investments in infrastructure assets and infrastructure-related businesses in emerging markets. Owned by the senior members of the investment team and Mubadala Investment Company PJSC (Mubadala), an investment company wholly-owned by the Government of the Emirate of Abu Dhabi, the firm was founded in 2008 and is based in Abu Dhabi, United Arab Emirates with an office in Johannesburg, South Africa.



MIP is composed of an experienced team of professionals that combine shared industry knowledge with best-in-class financial and operational capabilities, further complemented by a diverse group of advisers who are seasoned industry veterans. MIP has a strong track record of proprietary origination through our extensive network of relationships and Mubadala’s global footprint and have exclusively negotiated the majority of our investments to date.
