Mangrove Equity Partners, LP is a Tampa, Florida-based lower middle market private equity firm. Mangrove has 100+ years collective reputation as uncommonly effective, fair, flexible and honorable partners to company owners and managers.

From our captive equity fund, we sponsor owners and operators in management buy-outs, management buy-ins, majority recapitalizations, family succession recaps, and industry consolidations. We have the financial resources and deal experience to efficiently close transactions. We also have substantial operating experience and a collaborative approach to build value at the companies with whom we partner.

EBITDA:
Mangrove invests in stable and profitable industrial and business services companies, niche manufacturers, and enthusiast-driven branded consumer businesses headquartered in the U.S. or Canada with $3-$10 million of pre-tax profits.

Revenues:
For new investments, rather than add-on acquisitions, Mangrove typically invests in companies with revenues from $10-$100 million.

Transaction Size:
Mangrove’s transactions are typically from $15-$75 million in deal size.
