KAURI CAB supplies all of the crucial competences required for successful investment and asset management, in-house, through our own staff. We have an extensive network at our disposal and enjoy early access to interesting investment opportunities thanks to having been deeply embedded within the Berlin property market for many years. This includes, above all, existing properties within the multi-storey residential and commercial sectors, as well as land with development potential.

KAURI CAB is a partner for sustainable investment growth. At present, the asset value within the management portfolio (AUM) lies at almost EUR 800 million and includes about 4,000 units (existing property).
