I2 Capital Partners SGR is the exclusive management company of I2 Capital Partners, an Italian closed-end investment fund focused on Special Situations. I2 Capital Partners SGR is controlled by Intek, an investment holding company listed on the MTA in Milan, Italy. Intek is also one of the main investors into I2 Capital Partners, together with a select number of other domestic and international institutional investors.
We are value investors, pursuing opportunities with an intrinsic value potentially greater than the purchase price. In order to unlock and ultimately realize such intrinsic value, we are used to actively manage our portfolio investments through a methodology that we have successfully developed over the last 15 years within the Intek group.
