Hotung Venture Capital is a venture capital firm based in Taiwan which operates as a subsidiary of Hotung Investment Holdings. It is one of three subsidiaries of Hotung Investment Holdings focused on investments, joined by Daitung Development and Investment and Huiting Investments. It was formed through the merger of Hotung Venture Capital Corp, Litung Venture Capital Corp, and Futung Venture Capital Corp.





Hotung Investment Holdings Ltd, a venture capital firm with operations in Taiwan, the US and China, was incorporated in March 1997 and has been listed on the Main Board of SGX-ST since August 1997. Hotung Investment Holdings Limited(和通投資控股有限公司)(“Hotung”) and together with its subsidiaries (the “Group”) is a premier venture capital investment management group, with almost 30 years of investment and fund management experience. Hotung has two business segments, namely, Venture Capital and Fund Management.
