We are a private equity fund manager focused on the Brazilian real estate and credit markets, the largest in Latin America by assets under management, according to PERE 2013, 2014, and 2016 (Private Equity Real Estate). Since our inception, HSI has raised over US$ 4 billion through seven different funds.
We invest in various sectors of assets such as logistics, industrial, retail, office, hospitality, self-storage, and residential. Our investment formats include both asset acquisition and development, and investments in portfolio companies, while in our credit division we focus on the middle market.
We combine thorough market and asset analysis with rigorous due diligence. In the private equity market we seek to create value through control positions and proactive management.
