Güler Yatırım Holding A.Ş. was established in Istanbul as a securities investment trust with the title of Başkent Menkul Kıymetler Yatırım Ortaklığı A.Ş. on 20.01.2006 with a capital of TL 2,700,000. In 2011, the Company's capital reached TL 9,000,000.
In 2011, by expanding the Company's investment areas and enabling it to use its financial power in different areas; In order to increase profitability and growth opportunities and to create added value for the capital markets and its partners, it was decided to withdraw from the status of "Securities Investment Trust" and to restructure the legal entity of the Company, and accordingly, its field of activity and title were updated and registered as "Güler Yatırım Holding A.Ş."


Güler Holding Group derives its strength in the financial sector from A1 Capital Yatırım Menkul Değerler A.Ş., which is one of the brokerage firms with the highest transaction volume among non-bank intermediary institutions according to the data of the Capital Markets Association of Turkey. A1 Capital Yatırım Menkul Değerler A.Ş. is the flagship of Güler Holding Group in the financial markets with its equity capital of approximately TL 300 million and its leading position in the sector as of 31.12.2021.
ICG Finansal Danışmanlık A.Ş., which operates in the financial markets and whose capital is 90% owned by Güler Yatırım Holding A.Ş., continues its activities with a paid-in capital of TL 20 million.
