Profile
F2i SGR, which stands for Fondi Italiani per le Infrastrutture (Italian Infrastructure Fund), was established in 2007 and is Italy’s largest independent infrastructure fund manager. The companies within F2i’s network form the country’s leading infrastructure platform, diversified across six strategic sectors vital to the economy: transport and logistics, energy for the transition, circular economy, distribution networks, telecommunications networks and services, and social and healthcare infrastructure.
Led since 2014 by CEO Renato Ravanelli, F2i, through its portfolio companies, aims to create value for both investors and the nation by channelling financial resources from domestic and international investors into tangible economic projects. Our teams consist of professionals with extensive industry experience (energy, transport, telecommunications) as well as experts from the financial and private equity sectors.
