Renewables.

Everwood specializes in renewable energy funds. With the aim of achieving a high profitability for our investors, adding value both in the search for opportunities and in the subsequent management, consolidation and professionalization of the assets acquired.

Private Equity.

Everwood Capital leverages on the deep experience of its investment team to carry out opportunistic and proprietary investments in companies with great value creation potential. Currently, Everwood’s Private Equity division manages stakes in a total of 5 companies for an aggregate value of over €100 million.

Real Estate.

Everwood Real Estate focuses its strategy on opportunistic investments in the Spanish real estate sector. Currently Everwood manages 2 buildings and an over-ground carpark under rental for an aggregate value of over €30 million.
