CMP Capital Management-Partners (CMP) manages investment companies that invest in businesses facing special situations or undergoing a turnaround. As active investors an entrepreneurial and operational mindset is applied. We focus on companies with a healthy core business that are grappling with necessary change.
Our role is to support these companies with equity and operational expertise. The funds advised by CMP have a combined capital of EUR 440 million.
Since CMP was founded in 2000 in Berlin, the funds we advise have acquired and developed more than 20 mid-sized companies in Germany, Austria, and Switzerland. Collectively, our team has more than 100 years of experience in the acquisition, management, transformation, and development of a diverse range of companies.
