When evaluating investment opportunities, we look at margins, scalability and favorable long-term demographics, but only after determining that the people involved have expertise, integrity, a strong work ethic and the same balanced life that we strive to lead. Long-term results (the only real kind in our world) require doing good deals with good people, the kind who find a way to win.
