Bewater Funds is Bewater Asset Management SGEIC commercial brand, an asset manager that incorporates funds aimed at professional investors, that invest on non listed companies with the particularity that within each of the funds there is one single company (there is no diversification). The objective is to reduce the traditional scarcity of liquidity for non listed companies. Average liquidity discount ranges from 30 to 50% and this dries up liquidity in the segment.
Bewater Asset Management SGEIC is 100% subsidiary of Bewa7er Market SL, whose main shareholders are Cabiedes & Partners, François Derbaix, Unai Ansejo and Ramón Blanco. Bewa7er Market SL is also the mother company of Indexa Capital AV.
Bewater Funds is going to invest in the following type of companies:
- high sales growth
- there must be a shareholders agreement in place.
- in general it must have positive cash flow or the cash necessary to reach it
- in general it will have a valuation below 10 times sales
- in general it wil have audited accounts
