The Better Capital 2009 cell is a feeder fund that, having retained appropriate levels of liquidity for working capital purposes, has invested the net proceeds of its capital raising directly in BECAP Fund LP. The General Partner has overall responsibility for the management and administration of the business and affairs of Better capital Fund, including as to the management of its investments. The General Partner has full power and authority to identify, evaluate and negotiate investment opportunities, to prepare and approve investment agreements and to (or to agree to) subscribe, purchase or otherwise acquire, alone or with others, investments falling within the investment policy of BECAP Fund LP.


The General Partner is operated and managed by BECAP GP Limited, in accordance with the terms of the limited partnership agreement constituting the General Partner, BECAP GP Limited is wholly owned by Jon Moulton, who is also one of its directors.
