Banksia Capital was established to provide equity funding to Western Australian businesses. The funds provided are typically used to accelerate growth, to finance acquisition(s), and/or to purchase stakes from existing shareholders.

Banksia Capital adds value as a non-executive fellow shareholder.

Our mission is to identify, invest in and add value to profitable market-leading businesses in WA to generate exceptional risk adjusted returns with our partners.

Our target investees are typically valued at $5m to $75m with profits of $1m to $15m.

We specialise in our chosen area as we believe:

- Perth-based businesses seeking $3 million to $15 million in private equity have been underserved

- Our team's experience and networks add value to our investees in addition to the capital provided

- Our local base, allied with our national and international networks, positions us well to work as an equity partner
