Azini Capital is a UK based private equity firm that specialises in acquiring portfolios of private and public technology companies from historical investors and shareholders (secondary transactions).

Azini Capital typically acquires significant minority stakes and prefers to hold investments for a number of years - providing additional funding if required - in order to maximize the growth, development and ultimate value of the companies.

The firm has completed a series of transactions since its formation in 2004 including the acquisition of portfolios from Apax Partners, J.P.Morgan and CLS Holdings plc. and has enjoyed a number of successful exits.

We focus on quality assets with good future prospects; providing a solution for historical investors in quality companies who - typically for structural or strategic reasons – are looking to achieve liquidity.

Our approach allows management and other investors to 'play forward', giving the company more money and time in order to deliver greater upside. Our funds maintain significant reserves of fresh capital in order that we can support the development and growth of portfolio companies. Following the investment we work in close partnership with management teams, the board and the company's advisors to help companies realise their full potential.
