Augur Capital is a Luxembourg based private equity advisor with a subsidiary in Germany.
The Augur team has specialized in the acquisition and active management of small- and mid-cap companies for more than 10 years.

Since 2003 we have carried out over 15 private equity transactions, including some landmark deals in the private equity industry as for example the first buy-out of an insurance company in Germany as well as the first private equity transaction at Luxembourg’s financial center.

Thanks to many years of industry experience and our extensive network of trustworthy and personal relationships, our investors can participate exclusively in interesting small- and mid-cap transactions in Germany and neighboring countries.
