We are a private equity & venture fund management company incorporated with the Registrar of Joint Stock Companies & Firms under the Companies Act 1994 to carry on Alternative Investment business in Bangladesh as per the Bangladesh Securities and Exchange Commission (Alternative Investment) Rules 2015. Our core objective is to facilitate invention, innovation and creativity through equity/equity linked investments in the growth companies, which would turn Bangladesh into a developed country by 2050.
