Aermont Capital (“Aermont”) is a European asset management group, focused on real estate and real estate related investment activities.

Aermont takes an operator-oriented approach, emphasising investments that offer long-term value creation opportunities for the associated assets and businesses.

To date, Aermont has raised a succession of five pan-European investment funds. Aggregate commitments to the funds and related vehicles total around €13 billion. Investors include some of the most prominent sovereign wealth funds, public and private pension plans and other institutions, from Europe, the U.S., Asia and the Middle East.

The funds are mandated to invest in real estate and real estate related opportunities in Europe, under direct asset, corporate and credit situations. Investments have featured prime assets or projects at top locations in major cities such as London, Paris, Berlin, Frankfurt, Barcelona, Amsterdam, Florence, Milan and Lisbon, as well as leading operating businesses in growth sectors such as film studio infrastructure, student housing, luxury hospitality and workforce housing.
