Profile

With €150 million in assets under management, we invest growth capital (series A and beyond) in innovative technology companies in Europe, the United States and Israel with investments between €2.5 and €15 million. The companies we fund are typically in their growth phase and contribute to the purpose of ABN AMRO.

𝐌𝐨𝐫𝐞 𝐭𝐡𝐚𝐧 𝐣𝐮𝐬𝐭 𝐜𝐚𝐩𝐢𝐭𝐚𝐥
The collaboration between the fund and the portfolio companies goes far beyond capital: we actively provide knowledge and expertise, access to the bank and its systems, and support from relevant specialists inside and outside ABN AMRO.

𝐀𝐜𝐜𝐞𝐥𝐞𝐫𝐚𝐭𝐞 𝐢𝐧𝐧𝐨𝐯𝐚𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧
In addition to a well performing and financially sound fund – ABN AMRO Ventures also enables the organisation to bring in external expertise and accelerate innovation. Cutting-edge solutions contribute to our strategy of a client-focused and data-driven organisation, both now and in the future.

𝐓𝐡𝐞 𝐟𝐮𝐧𝐝'𝐬 𝐫𝐨𝐨𝐭𝐬
In October 2015, the corporate venture fund was launched under the name ABN AMRO Digital Impact Fund with an initial size of €10 million. To this day, its mission has been to help innovating companies flourish and to benefit from a collaboration of knowledge and capital. Following the demonstrable successes since then, the fund has overtime been increased to €150 million.
